2.Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
 Our Company does not provide personal information of customers to third parties except in the following cases:

1)When consent of the customer is granted
 Our Company may provide information to a third party with the prior consent of the customer in order to achieve the stated purpose. 
In addition, in order to provide comprehensive wedding production services, we are affiliated with hotels, wedding reception venues, restaurants, dress shops, reception venue agencies, bridal production companies, bridal gift and accessory shops, photo studios, travel companies, etc. We may share information with esthetic salons, flower shops, and beauty salons (hereinafter referred to as "partner companies").
In addition, depending on the content of a customer inquiry, if we determine that it is more appropriate for the relevant partner company to respond directly to the inquiry, information may be shared with the relevant affiliated companies with the prior consent of the customer. In such cases, we hold our affiliated companies legally responsible by contract for strictly preventing the leakage or sharing of personal information. Furthermore, our affiliated companies may provide customers with information on bridal-related services and various campaigns, but these transmissions can be stopped at the request of the customer.

3.Collection and Use of Metadata and Browsing History that Does Not Identify Individuals
 Our Company uses cookies to provide customers with better service, but we do not retain any personally identifiable information. We use cookies for the following purposes:

 ・When a customer logs into the authentication service, to refer to the customer’s registered information and provide customized service, etc. based on the customer’s personal data, and to offer a more user-friendly site and improved service.  
 ・For surveys tracking the number of users, page views, etc. on Our Company’s website. 
 ・In order to improve Our Company’s service and maintain security, to prompt customers to re-enter their password (re-authenticate) once usage time has lapsed beyond a set time limit.

Customers can disable Google’s use of cookies by visiting the Google Ads opt-out page. (Alternatively, customers can disable the use of cookies by third-party distributors by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative’s opt-out page.) In addition, customers can also determine whether to allow the use of cookies in their browser settings. However, please note that if permission to use cookies is disabled, customers might not be able to use all of Our Company’s services.  

4.Security Management Protocols
 Our Company has established “Personal Information Protection Regulations” to prevent unauthorized access or leakage of personal data, along with other protocols for the secure management of personal data to prevent loss or damage of personal data, and we require full compliance from managers and employees. 

 ①Organizational Security Management Protocols
  A person in charge of handling personal information (Personal Information Security Manager) is appointed in each department to clarify the person tasked with handling personal information and the scope of handling personal information. In addition, we have established a system for reporting and communication with the Personal Information Security Manager when instances or indications arise that violate laws and regulations and internal rules, and we regularly self-audit the status of personal information handling in other departments.

 ② Personal Security Management Protocols
  Employment rules stipulate matters related to the confidentiality of personal information, and regular training is provided to employees regarding the handling of personal information.

 ③Physical Security Management Protocols
  We strictly manage access to areas where personal information is stored, place restrictions on equipment brought in, and restrict viewing permissions. In addition, we take measures to prevent theft and loss of devices, electronic media and documents that handle personal information, and take measures to prevent personal information from being easily revealed when carrying such items.

 ④Technical Safety Management Protocols
  We have implemented measures such as restricting access, limiting users and the scope of handling authorization, and have introduced a mechanism to protect information systems that handle personal information from unauthorized access or malware from external sources.
