PRIMO JAPAN is pleased to announce that a Welcome Ceremony for new graduates was held on 11:00am, March 28, 2018 at Imperial Hotel in Chiyoda-ku Tokyo.

Although the shortage of human resources has recently been pointed out in retail businesses throughout Japan, PRIMO JAPAN welcomes sixty-one talented new graduates.

 

The ceremony started with the welcome message from Naoki Sawano, President and Representative Director of PRIMO JAPAN, followed by the message from Yuichi Hayachi Executive Vice President. Then each of new graduates received a letter of appointment respectively. In return to the welcome message, a new graduate made a speech and addressed her future goals and career ambitions.

 

 

Following to the Welcome Ceremony, the sixty-one new graduates participate in the two-day intensive training. They will be assigned to each store on March 30 and will start their on-the-job training.
