PRIMO JAPAN announces that a Welcome Ceremony for new graduates was held on 11:00am, March 29, 2017 at Imperial Hotel in Chiyoda-ku Tokyo.

Although the shortage of human resources has recently been pointed out in retail businesses of Japan, PRIMO JAPAN succeeded to welcome sixty-four talented new graduates, which number is a little more than we expected, owing to our reinforcement in our recruiting activities.

The ceremony started with the welcome message from Naoki Sawano, Representative Director of PRIMO JAPAN, then each of new graduates received the letter of appointment respectively. In return to the welcome message, a new graduate made a speech and addressed her future goals and career ambitions.

PRIMO JAPAN has developed its global business for the last ten years and now operates sixteen stores in Taiwan, Hong Kong and Shanghai-China. A new graduate, who is originally from Hunan-China, mentioned that she is excited to become a member of PRIMO JAPAN where she can make someone happy through wedding-related businesses. Moreover, she also said that she might be interested in working in China after she develop her career in Japan for first several years.

Following to the Welcome Ceremony, the sixty-four new graduates participate in the three-day intensive training. They will be assigned to each store on April 1 and will start their on-the-job training.
