PRIMO JAPAN announces that the company has received the highest-level of “Eruboshi” certification mark from the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare of Japan.

Under the Act concerning Promotion of Women's Career Activities newly enforced in April 2016, excellent companies which have implemented action plans for creating equal opportunities for women can be certified as an "Eruboshi" awarded company by the Minister for Health, Labor and Welfare of Japan. "Eruboshi", which literary means L-Star, symbolize the "Ladies", "Labor" and "Laudable" and it has three grades in accordance with the achievement of five requirements by the Ministry. In recognition of our past efforts in evolving the work environments for women, PRIMO JAPAN becomes the first "3-Star (highest-level) Eruboshi company" among other wedding-related businesses (*1 & 2). This certification is an endorsement of the steps taken at PRIMO JAPAN, in which 85% of employees are female (*3), to create work environments that support women.
