PRIMO JAPAN announces that its subsidiary, PRIMO DIAMOND TAIWAN, has released its new Anniversary Jewelry Collection, which is perfectly suited to gift purchases on special occasions such as wedding anniversaries or the birth of a child. Specializing in Anniversary Jewelry, a new e-commerce website has just launched in September 2016 followed by a POP-UP Store opened on 16 November in New Taipei City, Taiwan. Our goal is to strengthen the relationship with our customers who have purchased our wedding rings and to enhance I-PRIMO brand loyalty.

Our business in Taiwan is growing steadily since its inauguration in 2007 and we currently operate 10 stores throughout the state. Market research showed that while those who recognize I-PRIMO brand made up 33% of Taiwanese in the age of twenty to forty-four age bracket, 42% of this recognition was among women. Based on this commercial backdrop, the new e-commerce website showcases fifty-five items including necklaces, earrings, baby rings and so on, most of which are designed with high-quality diamonds. Price ranges from 8,000-20,000NTD and delivery options and after-sale services are also provided.

 

A POP-UP Store will be opened from 16 November 2016 until 28 February 2017 at Mega City Department Store, New Taipei City. We offer the AR (Augmented Reality) application in the store so that customers can put on jewelry virtually by simply touching the control panel. An “Offline-to-Online” marketing scheme was introduced by sending a digital “wish list” to customers’ smart phones with a special coupon for online purchase. We expect growth of online sales to increase to as much as ninety million NTD (three hundred million JPY) in the coming three fiscal years ending in 2019 and we expect that the business will keep developing.
