I-PRIMO: Working Towards Greater Brand Awareness

The I-PRIMO Oita Store, which has been in operation at the same location since it first opened in September 2003, will move just a minute’s walk from the current location and will re-open following renovations to the store design and a renewal of the store displays. The new store will be located a minute’s walk from the Tokiwa department store, at its ground floor, street-front location along prefectural Route 511, increasing visibility not only to customers shopping at the department store and the surrounding shopping area on foot, but also to customers traveling in cars along the road. By installing our original flag, in addition to our main logo on the store exterior, we have made it easier to see the store location from cars, and expect this to increase awareness of the I-PRIMO brand.

A sophisticated shopping space created by bridal jewelry specialists

This relocation and renewal affords the opportunity to remodel the store design and renovate the store displays, changing the layout to make it easier to see the store interior. Through a glass storefront, we have created a bright space with a sense of openness, while also incorporating three private booths at the back of the shop floor, making it possible for our customers to select rings comfortably. Through our commitment to personalized customer support that has become a hallmark of the I-PRIMO brand mission, we provide each and every one of our customers with customized recommendations based on their individual wishes, supporting them as they choose bridal jewelry to commemorate one of life’s most precious moments at a relaxed pace in our tranquil store interior.
