We express all our sympathy and condolences to the victims of the recent serial disasters in 2018: Japan Floods, Typhoon Jebi, and Hokkaido Eastern Iburi Earthquake.

Primo Japan Inc. assists recovery efforts and supports these activities through our employees’ volunteer work as part of our PRIMO RING PROJECT in the three categories: Emergency Support, Direct Support for Victims, and Continuous Support for the Recovery.

Since August in 2018, we have decided to implement the following activities:

  1. Employees’ voluntary activities in Sakacho, Hiroshima prefecture on August 21, 2018
  2. Donation from both Employees and Primo Japan Inc. through the Japanese Red Cross Society in September
  3. Photo cleaning and retouching project working with the NPO Photo Salvage no Wa (scheduled for October)

We also implement the sustainability initiatives as follows:

・Used book recycling to support the Japan Rescue Association

・Used clothes recycling to support the Japanese Red Cross Society

*We will post updates of any additional activities on the “PRIMO RING PROJECT” web page.

We try to link our volunteer and public service initiatives throughout Japan to create a RING of happiness someday, and we will continue to do our best in support of disaster recovery.

We sincerely hope for the swiftest possible recovery from these disasters.
