PRIMO JAPAN announces that a new Lazare Diamond Boutique will open in Nagoya city (Aichi Prefecture) on Friday, November 2. The Lazare Diamond Boutique Dai Nagoya Building Store will be located on the second floor of the Dai Nagoya Building, a shopping arcade just in front of JR Nagoya Station.

With 14 stores in operation primarily in major urban centers, the “Lazare Diamond Boutique” is a specialty retailer of “Lazare Diamonds”, which is licensed by the New York diamond cutting brand, Lazare Kaplan International Inc. We are pleased to announce the grand opening of our 15th boutique, the “Lazare Diamond Boutique Dai Nagoya Building Store", which is the first store to open in five years since the opening of the “Lazare Diamond Boutique Umeda Hilton Plaza Store” in October 2013.

 

The so-called “Mei-eki area”, which is spread around JR Nagoya Station, has been rapidly developed in recent years as one of two shopping destinations in Nagoya city. Since 2015, there have been several large-scale shopping buildings newly built and opened, along with the redevelopment in the north of JR Nagoya station, which is targeting the Chuo Shinkansen (a Japanese maglev highspeed train), scheduled to be opened in 2027. “Mei-eki area” hosts many global brand shops, including some luxury jewelry brands. We therefore believe that Lazare Diamond brand can develop brand awareness in potential customers in that area.

 

The Lazare Diamond Boutique Dai Nagoya Building Store is our second Lazare Diamond Boutique in Nagoya city, following to the Lazare Diamond Nagoya Sakae Store in “Sakae area” which is another shopping district. In accordance with our great success in the first store, we believe that the Lazare Diamond Boutique Dai Nagoya Building Store can welcome more customers at the second floor of Dai Nagoya Building, which is mainly targeting young women by hosting various shops.

 

The new store features a modern design that effortlessly blends contemporary style with Lazar Diamond’s core values of “tradition”, “quality”, and “trust". Inside the store, we have set up three spacious booths for the comfort of our customers, who can shop at a relaxed, leisurely pace through private viewings of The World’s Most Beautiful Diamond®”. We have also re-designed the storefront to enhance accessibility and comfort while also creating a unique experience of one of life’s “most beautiful moments” for our customers.
