As I-PRIMO, the bridal ring specialty store operated by Primo Global Holdings Co., Ltd., celebrates its 25th anniversary in 2024, with the goal of creating a brand that resonates with all stakeholders and continues to be the customers’ choice, we have formulated a new tagline. We have also established a special page on our official website and a series of special movies called “Letters.” These take the form of letters from brides, grooms, craftspeople, and designers, and record the stories we have woven together with our customers through rings, while “I-PRIMO Sweet Stories” is a collection of stories about genuine treasures related to I-PRIMO rings. Both the movies and stories were released on Wednesday, January 10th. As I-PRIMO celebrates the 25th anniversary of its founding, we would like to express our sincerest gratitude to everyone involved with the brand. Going forward, we will strive to provide high-quality services that are close to the hearts of all our customers.

◆Sentiments invested in the tagline

In formulating this tagline, as a bridal ring specialty store founded in Japan, we have had discussions with various departments and external partners, including employees who have been with us since the beginning. Through these discussions, we have reaffirmed the values that I-PRIMO holds dear and developed this tagline to clarify the brand that we aim to be in the future. For I-PRIMO, which has been cultivated since the founding of Primo Global Holdings, the tagline expresses our hopes for others—to be the best brand for our customers, to generate happiness for those who receive a marriage proposal, and to be the best brand for partners in marriage—as well as our hopes for the rings themselves, which are infused with the spirit of our designers and craftspeople.

The bride and groom editions feature the couple from the popular YouTube channel “Shiba Wanko Seikatsu” (“Shiba Dog Lifestyle”), who proposed marriage with an I-PRIMO engagement ring. For this project, they summarized their feelings for each other in letters and on video.
