◆ Building an Inclusive Work Environment

Primo Japan has striven to create an inclusive environment where diverse human resources can actively participate as part of our diversity management, based on our corporate philosophy of "Making PRIMO (the best) dreams into PRIMO (supreme) happiness".

The D&I Award 2022 consists of five major categories—Gender Gap, Childcare and Nursing Care, Multiculturalism, Disability, and LGBT—each of which has five sub-categories: Declaration of Action, Education and Awareness, Human Resource System, Community, and Working Style. Primo received the Advanced Award in recognition of the fact that “the company has promoted advanced diversity and inclusion initiatives and serves as a role model for diversity and inclusion among Japanese companies. While engaging in a wide range of multifaceted initiatives, the company has fostered a corporate culture in which every employee respects diversity and inclusion and is continuing to work on further reform.” Primo Japan will continue working to spread understanding within the group company to create a comfortable working environment.
