Primo Global Holdings Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce our establishment of a wholly owned subsidiary in Singapore, continuing our overseas expansion after Taiwan, Hong Kong and Mainland China, as follows:
 

◆Background and purpose of establishing a subsidiary
Since our founding in 1999, we have helped many customers in choosing bridal rings in order to create “PRIMO (the Best) Dreams for PRIMO (Supreme) Happiness” for as many couples as possible. Against this backdrop, our management vision for the decade following 2021 is to expand into Southeast Asia in order to achieve further growth in overseas markets with the aim of becoming “Asia’s No. 1 company creating joy in life through bridal merchandise.” To that end, we have determined that it is best to enter Singapore, the gateway to the Southeast Asian market, and have therefore established a subsidiary. 
 

◆About the next steps
We plan to open our first flagship store in Singapore in 2022, followed by a second store by 2024.
