◆Towards an environment in which everyone can work easily
Based on our company philosophy of “Making Primo (the Best) Dreams into Primo (Supreme) Happiness,” we launched our “Work Style Reform Project” in 2019, and we continue making efforts to establish an environment in which diverse human resources can play an active role as part of our diversity and inclusion management. This year’s D&I AWARD2021 focuses on five key issues: “Gender Gap,” “Childcare & Nursing,” “Multicultural Coexistence,” “Disability,” and “LGBT” with a further five subcategories are “Declaration of Action,” “Promotion of Education/Understanding,” “Personnel Systems,” “Community,” and “Work Style.” Guidelines for the “ADVANCED” award specify that “the recipient is advanced in D&I initiatives and leading among Japanese companies as a role model in the promotion of D&I in Japan. The recipient also fosters a corporate culture that respects D&I, and continues working towards further reforms.” Going forward, we will continue striving to further raise awareness and understanding and create a comfortable working environment throughout the company.
