At Primo Japan Inc., we continuously review our policies regarding working styles in order to accommodate “new normal” working conditions in light of the current spread of COVID-19 infection. Following recommendations from our staff to switch from office-based work to working from home, we have introduced a fully remote work policy. In addition to this policy, we have actively facilitated improvements to remote work infrastructure and best practices, resulting in an increase in the rate of employees working remotely. Although the number of employees working in our headquarters has decreased, our business remains unhindered and we can even expect our fixed costs to be reduced, and we plan to continue adjusting our work styles and improve work efficiency by introducing open plan layouts, for example, in our new office space after relocating. We therefore are pleased to announce the relocation of our headquarters to the following location:
