Support for Tokyo Pride 2026 and initiatives for LGBTQ+

Primo Global Holdings Co., Ltd., which operates bridal ring specialty stores in Japan and other Asian countries, will be sponsoring "Tokyo Pride 2026," organized by the specified non-profit organization Tokyo Rainbow Pride. Our company respects diversity and aims to contribute to the realization of a society where everyone can live and work authentically with peace of mind.

◆Our company's initiatives regarding LGBTQ+

At our company, we are implementing the following initiatives to deepen understanding of LGBTQ+ issues and promote the creation of a workplace where everyone can work with peace of mind.

- Changes to the definition of spouse in company regulations
Permission to use a common name (business name)
- Introduction of trousers as part of store uniforms, and making them optional.
- Establishment of an internal company community
- Establishment of new LGBTQ+ guidelines
- Establishment of a consultation service related to LGBTQ+
- Implementation of LGBTQ+ training for all employees
- Holding lectures by LGBTQ+ individuals, etc.

Thanks to these efforts, the "PRIDE Index" has received the "Gold" award for five consecutive years, and the "D&I Award" has received the "ADVANCED" award for five consecutive years. We will continue to promote initiatives related to LGBTQ+ and aim to realize a diverse society.
