「D＆I AWARD 2025」で5年連続「アドバンス」企業に認定

Primo Japan Inc., which operates the Japanese business of Primo Global Holdings Co., Ltd., has been certified as an "Advanced" company, which recognizes companies that have taken an advanced approach to D&I (Diversity & Inclusion) in the "D&I AWARD 2025" sponsored by JobRainbow Co., Ltd. This marks the fifth consecutive year that the company has been selected as an "Advanced" company since 2021.

◆ Creating an environment where everyone can work comfortably

Based on our corporate philosophy of "Making PRIMO (the best) dreams into PRIMO (supreme) happiness" we are working to create an environment where diverse human resources can thrive as part of our diversity management.
The D&I Award is one of Japan's largest awards, evaluating and certifying companies' D&I promotion from multiple angles. The evaluation criteria are comprised of five categories: "Gender Gap," "LGBTQ+," "Disabilities," "Multicultural Coexistence," and "Childcare/Elderly Care." Each category is further subdivided into five elements: "Declaration of Action," "Education/Promotion of Understanding," "Personnel System," "Community," and "Workstyle." Our company's ongoing initiatives across these broad themes and efforts to promote understanding among each employee have led to our "Advanced" certification, making us a leading role model for Japan's D&I promotion. We will continue to strive to further promote understanding within the company and create a comfortable working environment for those with D&I affiliations.
