LGBTQ＋への取り組みを評価する 「PRIDE指標2025」で5年連続「ゴールド」受賞

Primo Japan Inc., which operates the Japanese business of Primo Global Holdings Co., Ltd., has been awarded a Gold rating in the PRIDE Index 2025*, which evaluates companies' initiatives toward LGBTQ+ issues and was established by work with Pride, a general incorporated association that aims to create workplaces where LGBTQ+ people can work as they are. This marks the fifth consecutive year that the company has received a Gold rating since 2021.

◆ Creating an environment where everyone can work comfortably

Based on our corporate philosophy of "Making PRIMO (the best) dreams into PRIMO (supreme) happiness" we are working to create an environment where diverse talent can thrive as part of our diversity management. We also work to promote understanding of LGBTQ+ issues within the company by providing LGBTQ+ e-learning training for all employees and holding lectures by LGBTQ+ individuals.

For the fifth consecutive year, we have been awarded a Gold rating in the PRIDE Index 2025, having cleared all five criteria: "Policy (Declaration of Conduct)," "Representation (Stakeholder Community)," "Inspiration (Awareness-raising Activities)," "Development (Human Resources Systems and Programs)," and "Engagement/Empowerment (Social Contribution and Public Relations Activities)." We will continue to strive to further promote understanding within the company and create an environment where LGBTQ+ people can work comfortably. We will also introduce engagement rings and wedding rings to LGBTQ+ couples through our participation in external LGBTQ+ events, and support the happiness of each individual.

(*) About the "PRIDE Index 2025"
This is the 10th year that the index has been held, and was first established in Japan in 2016 by the general incorporated association "work with Pride" to evaluate efforts for LGBTQ+ and other sexual minorities in the workplace. The aim is to "achieve the creation of LGBTQ+-friendly workplaces in Japan beyond the framework of companies and organizations," and evaluations are based on the total score of five indicators.
