"I-PRIMO LaLaport TOKYO-BAY Store" to reopen on Friday, October 24th

Primo Global Holdings Co., Ltd., Ltd. will be relocating its I-PRIMO LaLaport TOKYO-BAY store in Funabashi City, Chiba Prefecture, within the building and reopening it on Friday, October 24th.

◆ Increasing awareness of I-PRIMO brand

The I-I-PRIMO LaLaport TOKYO-BAY store has been in business at the same location for eight years since its opening in May 2017, but will be relocating within the building and reopening following a major renovation of the facility it is located in.
Mitsui Shopping Park LaLaport TOKYO-BAY, where we will be relocating and reopening, is a large-scale shopping spot that opened in 1981 and is made up of approximately 440 specialty stores in a variety of zones, from fashion to entertainment and gourmet zones, including movies. With many jewelry brands also located there, we can expect to see customers looking for bridal jewelry shopping in droves, and as the center of the Funabashi area, we expect the mall to continue to attract a high number of customers and increase awareness of the I-PRIMO brand.

◆Realizing a sophisticated customer service space as a bridal ring specialty store

Taking advantage of the renewal, we will be revamping the store design and changing the layout to allow for a more relaxed look around the store. We have created a bright and sophisticated customer service space, and have incorporated a semi-private space with a partition in the back, making it possible to select a ring more comfortably. Through "personal support" that listens to each customer's requests and suggests the best product, the store is filled with our desire to allow customers to take their time selecting a bridal ring that will be a lifelong keepsake.
