Notice regarding approval of new listing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Standard Market
Primo Global Holdings Co., Ltd. (Head office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Naoki Sawano) is pleased to announce that today, Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. (hereinafter "Tokyo Stock Exchange") has approved the initial listing of the company's shares on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Standard Market.
The planned listing date on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Standard Market is Tuesday, June 24, 2025, and from that date onwards, the Company's shares will be available for trading on the exchange.
