Notice regarding approval of new listing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Standard Market
Primo Global Holdings Inc. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Naoki Sawano) is pleased to announce that Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. (hereinafter "Tokyo Stock Exchange") has approved the initial listing of the company's shares on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Standard Market today.
The company plans to list on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Standard Market on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, after which its shares will be available for trading on the exchange.
