55 new employees join Primo Japan in 2025 at the company's induction ceremony

On March 25, 2025, the 2025 New Employee Welcome Ceremony was held at the Tokyo Station Hotel, with 55 new employees from all over Japan attending with bright and cheerful expressions.

At the beginning of the event, President Fujie gave a congratulatory speech, stating that "trust and credibility" are essential for working professionals, and that to achieve this, it is important to make others feel at ease and to treat them with sincerity. He also expressed his wish that the attendees be "people who can be kind to others." He explained that becoming stronger creates inner peace, allowing one to extend a helping hand to those around them. He conveyed the message that he hoped the attendees would strive to become trustworthy professionals while continuously improving themselves.

Following the presentation of appointment letters, a representative of the new employees delivered a response speech. "When I found out I was going to join the company, I had a mix of excitement and anxiety, but now I feel more excited. I may face difficulties in the future, but I want to grow step by step, supporting each other with my colleagues and seniors. I will strive to become someone who can make our customers' best moments shine, and I will work hard to become a valuable asset to the company as soon as possible," he said, expressing his strong determination.

After the induction ceremony, the new employees underwent a 2-night, 3-day training camp before being assigned to stores throughout the country.
