The Courtyard Omotecho: A new shopping complex where the concept is “Luxury”

The Courtyard Omotehmachi, a commercial facility that houses Tenmaya Watch Gallery, operated by Tenmaya, the popular department store based in the Chugoku region of Japan, will built in Okayama’s major shopping district surrounding the city’s bus terminal, The Courtyard Omotecho will attract not only local residents, but also shoppers from further afield coming to the city via the bus terminal. The complex’s exterior design exudes understated luxury, and the wedding chapel situated off the 4th floor reminds shoppers of all things “bridal”, making it possible to visually appeal to customers thinking about marriage in the future. With the large number of jewelry stores nearby and high-end watch and jewelry stores located within the complex, we can expect to attract customers browsing for bridal jewelry, as well.

A sophisticated customer service space from bridal jewelry specialists

This relocation and renewal will feature new designs for both the store and displays, with changes to the store layout made to create a more relaxed space for customers to browse. By suspending the brand logo and widening the store entrance, the store is designed to improve visibility for customers and make it easier to enter the store. Also, in response to customer feedback, the store features private consultation booths separated by frosted glass to offer customers a calm space in which to make the purchase of a lifetime.
