On March 30, 2026, amidst the cherry blossoms in full bloom announcing the arrival of spring, the 2026 New Employees' Entrance Ceremony was held at the Tokyo Station Hotel, with 35 new employees gathered from all over the country, their faces filled with hope.

At the beginning of the event, President Fujie delivered a congratulatory address to the new employees.
