Re-acquired "Kurumin Certification" as a company that supports childcare

Primo Primo Japan Inc. Co., Primo Global Holdings Co., Ltd. Co., Ltd. (Head office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Naoki Sawano), has received "Kurumin Certification" based on the 2025 standards, following amendments to the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children. The company also received "Kurumin Certification" in 2018, making this its second certification.

What is Kurumin Certification?

"Kurumin Certification" is a system in which the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare certifies "childcare support companies" that actively support their employees in raising children, based on the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support the Development of the Next Generation.
Companies can receive certification by formulating and submitting a general employer action plan and meeting certain standards.
In addition to promoting the use of our childcare leave system, we have been working to create a comfortable working environment that makes it easy to balance work and childcare, including by expanding our childcare fee subsidy system.
This certification was obtained under the new standards revised in April 2025, and we believe that our ongoing efforts to support childcare and create a comfortable working environment have been recognized once again.
