Notice of Malaysian subsidiary establishment

Primo Global Holdings Co., Ltd. has established a wholly owned subsidiary in Malaysia through Primo Japan Inc., which operates its Japanese business.

◆Background and purpose of establishing a Malaysian company

Since our founding in 1999, our group has been helping customers choose bridal rings in accordance with their various needs, guided by our corporate philosophy of "Making PRIMO (the best) dreams into PRIMO (supreme) happiness." In 2022, we will expand overseas, following Taiwan, Hong Kong, and mainland China, by entering Singapore, the gateway to Southeast Asia, and are promoting the establishment of bases and increasing awareness in the region.
In Southeast Asia, where market expansion is expected to continue, we have established a Malaysian subsidiary, our fifth overseas base, with the aim of achieving sustainable growth for our group by widely providing high-quality products and customer service based on Japanese-style attentive "omotenashi" hospitality.

◆ Future plans

Malaysia is a multi-ethnic nation located in the heart of Southeast Asia, with an international business environment where multiple languages, including English, are widely spoken. Located adjacent to Singapore, the country is characterized by excellent cost competitiveness, a stable economic base, and well-developed infrastructure. Going forward, we plan to open stores mainly in the capital, Kuala Lumpur, with the first store scheduled to open in 2026.
