"I-PRIMO Yokohama Bay Quarter Store" to reopen on Friday, April 11th

Primo Global Holdings Co., Ltd. will be reopening its I-PRIMO Yokohama Bay Quarter store in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture on Friday, April 11th.

◆ Increasing awareness of the I-PRIMO brand in a great location

The I-PRIMO Yokohama Bay Quarter store opened in 2008 and has been in business at the same location for approximately 17 years, but has decided to revamp the store design and reopen in order to increase awareness of I-PRIMO brand and attract more customers. Yokohama Bay Quarter is a commercial facility directly connected to Yokohama Station with approximately 80 tenant stores, and there are many shopping malls and large department stores in the surrounding area, making it an easy location to visit and do other shopping when choosing a bridal ring.

◆Realizing a sophisticated customer service space as a bridal ring specialty store

Taking advantage of the renewal, we will be revamping the store design and changing the layout to allow customers to browse the interior more leisurely. We have created a bright and sophisticated customer service space, and at the back we have incorporated a semi-private space with a partition, making it possible for customers to choose their ring more comfortably. This store is filled with our desire to allow customers to take their time choosing a bridal ring that will be a lifelong memory, through "personal support" that listens to the requests of each customer and suggests the best product.

To commemorate the renewal, we will be holding a "Grand Opening Campaign" from Friday, April 11th.
