"Job Practice" is an independence support program conducted in collaboration with the certified NPO Bridge for Smile as part of job hunting support for junior and senior high school students living in orphanages or foster homes. The program aims to give students a real job experience, helping them develop an image of what it would be like to work and alleviating their anxieties about the future. Primo Global Holdings has supported the program since 2010, and provides work experience programs unique to the bridal jewelry industry, primarily for members of the "PRIMO RING PROJECT."

This year's Job Practice saw two high school students and one junior high school student visit I-PRIMO Shinjuku store, where they received information about the company and the industry, an etiquette class, and a sales experience. During the sales experience, they tried out the "Personal Hand Diagnosis®" measurement and diagnostic tool to find the ring that suits them best from over 200 designs. Everyone had fun and excitedly chose their favorite ring while communicating with the staff.
Participating students commented, "I had fun learning about bridal jewelry," and "I'd like to try this again."

Through Job Practice, we will continue to support junior and senior high school students in expanding their potential and growing as members of society, and will continue to promote activities that will give them an opportunity to positively imagine working in the bridal jewelry industry and getting married in the future.

About the PRIMO RING PROJECT, a CSR activity that spreads the circle of happiness

The "PRIMO RING PROJECT" is run by self-motivated and enthusiastic members from all over Japan who volunteered to actively promote our CSR activities. Every year, various activities based on four activity guidelines are carried out, and the members themselves handle all processes from the idea to execution and internal awareness. The goal is for the circle of happiness (ring) to connect and spread among employees, customers, business partners, and local people by combining the power of each individual. Currently, we are also working on activities aiming for a sustainable and better world from the perspective of SDGs.
