Executive Structure

Joined Primo Japan Inc. in 2002. Became president and CEO in 2004. In addition to expanding stores in the domestic market, he led the Primo Group in expanding overseas ahead of the industry. With the establishment of Primo Global Holdings Co., Ltd., he was appointed president and CEO in 2021.

Joined Primo Japan Inc. as a new graduate in 2001. After serving as store manager, area manager, and human resources manager, he was appointed director and general manager of sales in 2009, overseeing all domestic stores. With the launch of the mainland China business in 2015, he was appointed general manager and took charge locally for seven years. In 2022, he was appointed president and representative director Primo Japan Inc.

In 2001, he joined Deloitte Tohmatsu Consulting (now ABeam Consulting) and was in charge of business reform projects. In 2004, he promoted business revitalization projects at the Industrial Revitalization Corporation of Japan. In 2009, he joined Integral Co., Ltd. and became a partner in 2020. He has extensive experience in improving corporate value by participating in management teams.

Joined Vivre Co., Ltd. in 1987. Became Vice President of Primo Japan Inc. in 2004. After serving as General Manager of the Administration Department, he became an Audit & Supervisory Board Member in 2009. With the establishment of Primo Global Holdings Co., Ltd., he was appointed Full-time Audit & Supervisory Board Member in 2021 and Full-time Audit & Supervisory Committee Member in 2023.

In 2004, she joined Ernst & Young ShinNihon LLC, where she worked for 10 years on accounting audits, internal control audits, and IFRS implementation support services, mainly for listed companies. After that, she worked in tax affairs at a tax accountant's corporation for three years, and opened Akiko Ito CPA & Tax Accountant Office in 2017. She is responsible for accounting, tax affairs, internal audits, and internal control support services, mainly for listed companies and companies preparing to go public.

Joined ORIX Corporation in 1991. In charge of information systems, screening, IR, finance, etc. In 2014, he became a director and executive officer of ORIX Asset Management Corporation, and in 2017, he became deputy general manager of the investment and loan management department of ORIX Corporation. In 2019, he became an executive officer of ORIX Bank, in charge of risk management and sustainability. In 2022, he became independent and started a women's career development consulting business.
